I'm Tash - a coach, guide, and facilitator born in Aotearoa
New Zealand, now based in Berlin.
For over five years I worked at the intersection of coaching and psychology. First within a psychology practice, then supporting a global community of professional coaches. I spent years inside the world of human transformation, learning what it takes for people to genuinely change, and what gets in the way.
But the most formative part of my journey has been personal.
A few years ago, I reached a crossroads. Life looked good from the outside - full, familiar, and functioning. And yet something quieter was stirring. A sense that I had been moving forward without ever stopping to ask where I actually wanted to go. That the life I was building had been shaped by momentum and expectation. The quiet pull of what you're supposed to do next. Get the relationship. Buy the house. Follow the plan. Nothing was wrong. I just hadn't asked if it was mine.
That moment of recognition changed everything.
Since then I have been doing the work. Getting clear on my values, learning to trust my own direction, and making decisions that feel true even when they're not easy.
I left what was comfortable, travelled, and eventually landed in Berlin. The past few years have been a journey back to myself. And life, from the inside, feels very different now.
That experience is the foundation of everything I do.I guide people who are living well on paper but sensing, quietly, persistently, that something is off. People who haven't stopped long enough to ask what they actually want. People standing at their own crossroads, ready to find out.
How I Work
My approach blends structured coaching with visualisation and breathwork, because real change doesn't just happen in the mind. It needs to be felt, embodied, and integrated.
I am a certified coach, and I bring over five years of immersion in the coaching and psychology space. Both professionally and through my own decade-long personal development journey.
As a Māori woman, I move through this work with a deep respect for intuition, the body's wisdom, and the intelligence that lives beneath the surface of our thinking.
My Philosophy
To visualise is to remember possibility.
To reflect is to uncover clarity.
To act with intention is to create change that lasts.
I believe imagination is not escape. It is a blueprint for transformation.
